Apotheus have released the video for “Key Keeper”, the second advance from “The Complex Permutation”. The album is out on 20 November and the song has been on the streaming platforms since 16 October.
The first advance was “Boundaries”, from 11 September, with Soilwork singer Björn Strid guesting. They are the first and fourth tracks of a ten-song album that closes with “A New Beginning II” and “Epilogue” and that carries no label name: the distributors’ listing credits it to the band itself.
The quartet comes from Paços de Ferreira, in the Porto area, and is made up of Miguel Andrade on vocals and guitar, Tiago Santos on guitar, Daniel Rocha on bass and Albano von Hammer on drums. They started in 2008 and “The Complex Permutation” is their fourth album, after “When Hope And Despair Collide” (2013), “The Far Star” (2019) and “Ergo Atlas” (2023), the last of them on Black Lion Records.
