Bright Curse release “Fatum” on 15 January 2027 on Ripple Music. It is the third album by the Bordeaux heavy psychedelic trio and the first since “Time Of The Healer”, which came out in 2019.

There are eight tracks: “Echoes Of The Void”, “The Fates”, “Life A Jelly”, “A Wolf And A Moon”, “Cursed But Loved”, “Death Of Jelly”, “In The Name Of Sorrow” and “Bread & Wine”. The band have previewed “The Fates”.

“Fatum is what binds us all together, and it’s what the album is about, songs built around inevitable things: time passing, family, mental health, religion, war,” says Romain Dautel, who sings and plays guitar.

The cover shows the three Fates of Greek myth — Clotho, Lachesis and Atropos, who spin and cut the thread of life — and is signed by Xavier Jalon Lopez, who also painted the one for “Time Of The Healer”. Pre-orders are open and the band have announced no shows to present it.
