Milo Silvestro, Fear Factory’s singer since February 2023, has told the Impact Metal channel that on “Roboticist” he deliberately went looking for his predecessor’s voice: “I tried to sound as much as possible like the original vocalist, Burton C. Bell.”

“Burton C. Bell has been such an iconic vocalist,” he adds. “He was the pioneer of the combined style of harsh vocals and melodic vocals.” He says it was not even a matter of trying: “It’s not even that I tried to sound like him; it just comes natural.”

“Roboticist” is the first track released with the most recent additions. The album has ten of them and comes out through Nuclear Blast “somewhere next year”, with no date. The line-up is Silvestro on vocals, Dino Cazares on guitar, Tony Campos on bass and Pete Webber on drums.
