Induction, the heavy metal band led by guitarist Tim Hansen

Induction have released a new version of “Gods Of Steel”, a song from “Love Kills!” (6 February 2026), with Kai Hansen on vocals. Hansen, of Helloween and Gamma Ray, is the father of Tim Hansen, the guitarist who leads the band and produced the album; Eike Freese and Tim Hansen mixed and mastered it, and the label is Reigning Phoenix Music.

Tim Hansen says “Gods Of Steel” is “probably the most epic song we’ve ever written” and that “it has everything we love about heavy metal”. On the physical editions of “Love Kills!” it was sung by Antonio Calanna, of A Cold Paradise.

The song lands four days before the Anthems Of Steel Tour, which opens on 7 October in Herford and plays twelve dates across Germany, Switzerland and Austria until the 18th. They go out with Tungsten and with Kilmara, the melodic heavy metal band from Barcelona that released “Journey To The Sun” last year. None of the twelve dates is in Spain.
