“Offstage with Orbit Culture” is the first documentary about the Swedish band. It is made by Scream Dudes — the duo of Eric and Julius — and is part of their OFFSTAGE series. It was shot at Summer Breeze this summer: backstage, on the tour bus and on stage.
Singer Niklas Karlsson goes back over thirteen years of the band: line-up changes, burnout, labels that never wrote back, road stories and, the announcement says, “a 3am text that changed everything”.
“It’s the first documentary on Orbit Culture, and it shows a side of the band that until now only the people on the road with them got to see,” the announcement says.
The deluxe edition of “Death Above Life” is out on 9 October as a double vinyl artbook, a double CD and digitally. The band begin a European tour with Amon Amarth and Soilwork on 9 October, playing Sant Jordi Club in Barcelona on 13 November; in November and December they do the second leg of Trivium’s tour across the United States and Canada, with In Flames and Frozen Soul.
