Pulled Apart By Horses release “Dopamine Hits” on 12 February 2027. There are twelve tracks and they come out on Damage Limited Records, the label the Leeds trio have set up themselves: it is their sixth album and the first they put out on their own. Since the first one, in 2010, they had been through Transgressive, Sony, Caroline International and Alcopop!, who released “Reality Cheques” on 30 September 2022.

On 21 October they put out “Great White Lies”, with a video. Tom Hudson, who sings and plays guitar, says the song arrived early and set the shape of the rest: “This track came as a bit of a ‘lightbulb moment’ for us early on in the writing stages and ended up being a blueprint sonically, opening up the creative floodgates.”

Rob Lee and Tommy Davidson-Hawley complete the band.

They play the album in February with three British nights — Glasgow on the 25th, Leeds on the 26th and London on the 27th — and before that they are at the Mutations Festival in Brighton on 24 October. No Catalan date has been announced.
