Turnstile played “Saturday Night Live” on Saturday 3 October, on the second episode of the fifty-second season, hosted by Dakota Johnson. It was their first time on the show.

They played “Birds”, opened by drummer Daniel Fang with a solo, and later a medley of “I Care” and “Dull” in front of a wall of phones. All three songs come from “Never Enough”, their fourth album, released in June 2025.

According to Consequence, no hardcore band had played the show since Fear, in 1981.

“Birds” won the Grammy for Best Metal Performance at this year’s awards and “Never Enough” won Best Rock Album. The night before, the band had played Austin City Limits in Texas. The show’s next musical guest is Rosalía, on 10 October.
