Spanish Love Songs han publicat «Doom Tripping», un avançament de «Future Nausea», el disc que Pure Noise Records els treu el 6 de novembre. El produeixen Chris Walla, exguitarrista de Death Cab for Cutie, i Sarah Tudzin, d’Illuminati Hotties.
Dylan Slocum diu què hi buscava i en quines condicions la va escriure: «This song is my attempt to make a shimmering pop song that evokes how it feels to be inside my brain right now. I wrote a good chunk of it while I had to taper off antidepressants for awhile and started suffering from severe vertigo and the return of symptoms that had previously made me lose my voice for 3 months.»
«Future Nausea» té dotze talls. El primer porta el títol del disc i el desè es diu «Future Nausea, Pt. 2»; «Doom Tripping» hi ocupa el setè lloc i el tanca «Until the Sun Explodes». Pel mig hi ha «Good American», «New Fears», «Jan666», «Shadowland», «No Dreams» i «See You on the Way Out».
